About Historic Crime Files
Ever get that feeling there’s more to the story than meets the eye? Yeah, me too. That’s what led me down this true crime rabbit hole. It all started in my hometown, Hot Springs, Arkansas. You might know it for its beautiful bathhouses and relaxing spas, but trust me, much more is happening beneath the surface. 😉
It turns out that "Bathhouse Row” has a history brimming with gangsters, gamblers, and unsolved mysteries that will leave you amazed. I’ve spent countless hours sifting through archives, old newspapers, and forgotten records, uncovering the stories they don’t include in those tourist brochures. And believe me, Hot Springs is only the beginning.
Now, I’m on a mission to explore the dark side of history across America. From the Wild West to the mobster era, I’m fascinated by the outlaws, gangsters, and criminals who shaped our past. I’m talking deep dives into public enemies like Bonnie & Clyde, notorious gangsters like Al Capone, and the unsolved mysteries that continue to haunt us.
Historic Crime Files delves into the captivating and often chilling stories that shaped America. We explore:
The Wild West: Saddle up for tales of gun-slinging outlaws, legendary lawmen, and frontier justice. We’ll dive into the lives of iconic figures like Billy the Kid and Wyatt Earp and explore the bloody battles and range wars that shaped the American West.
The Roaring Twenties & the Great Depression: From flappers and speakeasies to bank robbers and gangsters, this era was a wild ride. We’ll uncover the stories of Public Enemies like John Dillinger and Pretty Boy Floyd and explore how the Depression fueled crime and social unrest.
The Mobster Era: Dive into the shadowy world of organized crime, where Mafia families ruled with an iron fist. We’ll explore the rise and fall of notorious gangsters like Al Capone and Lucky Luciano and the secrets of their criminal empires.
Unsolved Mysteries: We’ll delve into cold cases and historical enigmas that continue to intrigue and baffle.
And so much more! We’ll uncover hidden connections, long-forgotten scandals, and the stories that make history so damn interesting.
So, if you’re ready to get your hands dirty with the real deal, pull up a chair and join me on this journey. Just be warned: once you fall down this rabbit hole, there’s no turning back.
